50-minute individual counseling session. These sessions can include:
-Anxiety counseling, trauma counseling, addiction counseling, depression counseling, spiritual counseling, enneagram counseling

50 or 75-minute counseling sessions for couples and families. These sessions can include marriage counseling, family counseling, and family addiction coaching.

50 minute individual life coaching session. These sessions offer targeted action steps to move forward in life.

Human Design

50-minute session to go deeper into your chart and utilize your chart as a tool to optimize your life.

Prerequisite of Human Design chart reading.
All counseling sessions are held virtually in Colorado over the secure Telehealth platform Simple Practice. All Human Design readings are held virtually over zoom. A link will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATION:
24-hours notice is kindly requested before cancelling, otherwise clients will be charged the full price of session.
CASE MANAGEMENT:
Case Management sessions available as needed for crisis management, treatment coordination, and collaboration with other providers.
